Meet Sebastian.
Sebastian has severe autism and learning difficulties. He’s not only non-verbal, but he has no concept of danger - and while his mum Mandy works hard to keep him safe, it’s impossible to keep watch 24 hours a day. On occasion, Sebastian managed to leave the house without anyone knowing, and he even managed to climb up onto the roof of his family home through a small loft window. Thankfully, he came to no harm, but it was a real wake-up call to ask for help.
